Vicky Bishop is a Chef from Gibraltar, a British colony on the southern most coast of Spain. Chef of 28 years and Health Supportive Chef trained at the NY Natural Gourmet Institute her passion is natural cooking of simple dishes and catering for dietary requirements.
With a preference for fish and vegetarian cooking, she has also trained with the renowned US chef Mark Reinfeld in his Vegan Fusion Cuisine aswell as to teach vegan. She currently runs classes in Catering for Health Needs at the University of Gibraltar her home town, where she runs her own catering company of 21 years.
She caters for two local private schools with the same ethos as for her business, healthy nutritious meals using fresh produce and lots of fruit and vegetables local to the surrounding area. Some of her past clients are members of the British Royal Family, the MTV Gibraltar Calling food Festival, where she caters the VVIP lounge for over 1000 covers a day and local and foreign dignitaries in the corporate and political arena.
Vicky’s Natural Kitchen is her own tv program of over 6 years and also the name of her new Deli due to open this Spring. Vicky has also been a judge of the local Masterchef equivalent, Rock Chef for the past three years.
