At the exhibition you will find a selection of beverages, often presented as a complement. Wine, beer, aperitif, avec and champagne, but also new exciting alcohol-free alternatives. Drink coupons for tasting alcoholic beverages can be bought at the event.

Do not miss tastings and microseminars, where you can participate in tasting wine, champagne and hear interesting talks on subjects such as chocolate, olive oil, different varieties of wine and much more.

There will be a cook-off between four of Sweden’s top chefs at the scene of the cookery school.

Sample some of the taste bud-tantalising organic produce offered by a selection of Taste of West Sweden accredited restaurants and producers exhibiting at the festival (a network of 25 gastronomic eateries that make the most of West Sweden’s first-class produce).

The west coast’s shellfish, such as lobster and oysters, are among the best in the world. The inland forests provide a variety of game while other districts produce fine cheeses. This fertile agricultural land is ideal for growing grain and raising animals in the best organic traditions. The restaurants serve up local, naturally-sourced food and are located in an array of beautiful settings – islands, deep forests and rich farmlands.
